FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which standards do your designs follow?

Our design team works to NFPA (13, 14, 20, 25, 72), EN 12845, EN 671 and local authority codes. We can also adapt to insurer-specific requirements such as FM Global and VdS.

Can you maintain a system that was installed by another company?

Yes. We begin with a full condition survey of the existing installation, produce a deficiency report, and then quote a corrective work package plus an ongoing maintenance contract.

Do you offer service contracts for overseas projects?

We support international projects through partner networks and scheduled on-site service campaigns. Remote technical support and documentation review are available worldwide.

What is included in a quarterly inspection?

Visual inspection of all sprinklers, hydrants and valves; alarm and flow-switch testing; water pressure and tank level checks; pump churn test; and a signed digital inspection report.

How fast can you design a system for a new building?

A typical sprinkler and hydrant design package takes 2–4 weeks depending on building size. Urgent projects can be fast-tracked — contact us with your drawings for a schedule.
